Rules For Payment Of Fee

Fee is to be deposited in three instalments at State Bank of India, Barnala Branch. Phone -230950.

Twelve months tuition fee is to be remitted as indicated below:

  • 1st Instalment (April, May, June, July) Annual Charges to be paid on or before April 10th.
  • 2nd Instalment (Aug., Sept., Oct & Nov.) to be paid on or before Aug. 15th.
  • 3rd Instalment (Dec., Jan. Feb. & March) to be paid on or before Dec. 15th.

The date will be strictly observed and if the payment is not done in time, a fine of Rs. 100/- per instalment will be levied upto next month (upto next 15 days in case of 2nd instalment) and thereafter Rs. 50/- per month. Part of the month will be treated as full month.

If the fee is not paid for two months the pupil’s name will automatically be struck off the rolls and re-admission fee of Rs. 1000/- will be charged along with the fee not paid by the student.

Parents and Guardians will kindly preserve the receipts issued to them and produce them as proof of payment of fee, if needed.
